Danny Chait

Product Manager at Blue Tees Golf · San Diego, California

At Blue Tees Golf I lead development of the Rainmaker launch monitor and the Blue Tees Launch app. That release drove the highest revenue month in the company's history. Alongside it I co-authored the Blue Tees physics engine for better data accuracy, brought an autonomous AI workflow into the product team, and built the usage platform and MCP server the team now uses to answer questions about how the products are actually used.

At TrackMan I directed product vision, strategy and roadmap for the B1. I led the licensing system that decides what a unit in the field is allowed to do, and rebuilt a high-speed camera integration with the vendor who makes the camera. Revamping how the product was communicated to sales drove 23% product sales growth in my first year.

Before that I ran baseball operations projects at TrackMan, managing over 150 stadium radar installations for MLB, NCAA and international customers. That's where I learned what a product looks like once it's bolted to a stadium and someone has to operate it during a live game, which is still how I think about most decisions.

I'm a PGA of America Class A member with a decade in the sports industry, plus stops in e-commerce, high-growth startups and non-profit management. I also founded True Competitors, a 501(c)(3) I took from an idea to an incorporated non-profit. I wrote the specifications and led the development teams for its iOS app, and led fundraising that brought in over $80,000.
